Learn the technique of wet felting using fleece from British sheep

Tutor: Lorraine Pocklington

 Wet felting   

First you will make a flat sheet of felt using just soap, water and fleece, mixing lovely wool colours and creating beautiful patterns. Next you will learn how to use the same technique with a resist to create a purse, mobile phone cover, passport holder or glasses case – no sewing required. This course is suitable for adult beginners.

Fee: £40 (£35 if you book early*) & (£4 for materials to be paid on the day)

*early bird fee valid if booked and paid for at least two weeks in advance

Maximum of 10 places on this workshop.

Lorraine Pocklington is an experienced felt maker based in West Wales. Lorraine works with wool sourced exclusively from UK flocks, to produce individual and contemporary felted objects.
