NOTES

Bookings: Most courses, unless marked otherwise, are Denmark Farm Conservation Centre courses – Please book on line by clicking on the course above and then book place/s and pay or send an e-mail to info@denmarkfarm.org.uk / phone 01570 493358.

Denmark Farm Conservation Centre course places are reserved once full payment has been received.

If the minimum number of participants has not been met within 2 weeks of the start date, courses may be cancelled or rescheduled. Where a course is fully booked we can accept further names for a reserve list in case of a cancellation. If we cancel a course for any reason (e.g. not reaching the minimum number of participants or illness of staff) we will refund your place in full or offer you credit for an alternative event.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your place, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel 4 weeks or more before the course starts we will retain £20 (per event place) to cover our administration costs. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the course start date are chargeable in full unless we are able to fill the place from a reserve list and/or if special circumstances apply. We reserve the right to decide whether the latter applies. Deposits, once paid, are non-refundable.

COVID-19: All courses and workshop will take place according to COVID safety regulations at the time of running. Please do not attend if you should be self-isolating for any reason or if you are currently living in an area with additional COVID restrictions. There will be a smaller number of participants to allow for good social distancing.  It may be necessary to adapt or postpone at short notice.

Start times: Times listed are the actual time the course begins. Please arrive 15-30 min before the stated time if you would like a hot drink beforehand.

Lunch/refreshments: Unless it is stated that lunch is included please bring a packed lunch. Tea & coffee is provided during breaks.

Ages: Unless stated otherwise, all courses are suitable for participants aged 16+. On some craft courses 13-15 year-olds are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian, please enquire.

Dogs: For health and safety dogs are not permitted to accompany participants attending courses. We also request that dogs (or other animals) are not left inside vehicles in the carpark area.

Accommodation: Self catering Eco Lodge, shared dormitories and eco-camping are all available at Denmark Farm.
