NOTES

Bookings:

Most courses, unless marked otherwise, are Denmark Farm Conservation Centre courses – Please book your places on line HERE or request a paper booking form e-mail info@denmarkfarm.org.uk  / phone 01570 493358.

All bookings and enquiries for SELL courses are directly with SELL. See www.aber.ac.uk/sell / phone 01970 621580.

Denmark Farm Conservation Centre course places are reserved once full payment has been received. If the minimum number of participants has not been met within 2 weeks of the start date, courses may be cancelled or rescheduled. Where a course is fully booked we can accept further names in case of a cancellation.

Fees:

*Early Bird Bookings – the lower fee can be applied to bookings paid in full by a minimum of 2 weeks before the start date (for Denmark Farm Conservation Centre courses only).

**SELL (School of Education & Lifelong Learning, Aberystwyth University) offer concessions for certain categories as well as Early Bird discounts. Please see  www.aber.ac.uk/sell / phone 01970 621580.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your place, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course starts we will retain £20 to cover our administration costs. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the course start date are chargeable in full unless we are able to fill the place from a reserve list or if special circumstances apply. We reserve the right to decide whether the latter applies.

Start times:

Times listed are the actual time the course begins. Please arrive 15-30 min before the stated time if you would like a hot drink beforehand.

Lunch/refreshments:

Unless it is stated that lunch is included please bring a packed lunch. Tea & coffee is provided during breaks.

Ages:

Unless stated otherwise, all courses are suitable for participants aged 16+. On some craft courses 13-15 year-olds are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian, please enquire.

Accommodation:

Self catering accommodation / camping is available at Denmark Farm: please see HERE
