Foods are classified as raw if the heating temperature does not exceed 45C, as it does not destroy the enzymes in the food. Whether you are interested in a completely raw diet, want to add a few raw dishes to your meal repertoire or you just want to get to know a different way to be creative with food, this workshop teaches you how to prepare plant based raw dishes that are not only healthy, but totally delicious, and also adaptable to your own taste if required.

aw cakes and raw desserts foods are generally desserts made from a blend of nuts, seeds, coconut and cacao products, fresh and dried fruit, natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, and plant-based milks such as almond or coconut and spices. You will learn how to make easy raw desserts that don’t involve much thinking in advance as well as the basics of some more advanced cakes that will require more preparation time.
Our menu will include creating fermented cashew cream cheese, raw breads, a raw stir fry, raw chocolate cake, blueberry cheese cake, raw brownies and raw lemon cake.
Ingredients and recipes may vary slightly according to ingredient seasonality and availability.

All recipes will be vegan friendly. Some parts of the meal will be pre-prepared with a dehydrator.
