We offer the ideal meeting room for hire, whether you are organising a yoga retreat, a formal conference or work event or a celebration with friends. Our meeting room is a flexible, accessible and comfortable space.
With kitchen facilities for refreshments, and ample parking on site, you have everything you need in one place, plus 40 acres of nature to explore!
Which room layout best suits your event?
Horseshoe style
- Tables arranged in a U-shape, with chairs around the outside, and space for a speaker.
- Combines presentation space with participant interaction and group discussions for up to 11 people.
Workshop style
- Tables separated with up to 8 chairs gathered around each table.
- Gives space for collaboration and interaction in groups or individually, for up to 18 people.
Conference style
- A central table that has participants sitting on all sides.
- Ideal for equal participation and collaboration with groups of up to 12 people.
Auditorium style
- Chairs arranged in rows facing forward, with a designated front area for a speaker or projector.
- Perfect for presentations and information dissemination for up to 30 people.
£25 per hour or
£150 for a full 8 hour day.
