Workshop Terms & Conditions

Please book online by clicking on the course above and then book your place/s and pay online, ideally by bank transfer to minimise the fees we have to pay through PayPal.

Members receive 10% off the displayed course cost of all Denmark Farm events.

Most courses, unless marked otherwise, are hosted by Denmark Farm Conservation Centre.
All bookings and enquiries for SELL (School of Education & Lifelong Learning, Aberystwyth University)  courses are directly with SELL. See  https://www.aber.ac.uk/en/lifelong-learning/ / phone 01970 621580. There are no membership discounts for these courses.

Denmark Farm Conservation Centre course places are reserved once full payment has been received.

If the minimum number of participants has not been met within 2 weeks of the start date, courses may be cancelled or rescheduled. Where a course is fully booked, please contact us to add your name to the waiting list in case of a cancellation. If we cancel a course for any reason (e.g. not reaching the minimum number of participants or illness of staff) we will refund your place in full or offer you credit for an alternative event.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your place, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel 4 weeks or more before the course starts we will retain £20 (per event place) to cover our administration costs. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the course start date are chargeable in full unless we are able to fill the place from a reserve list and/or if special circumstances apply. We reserve the right to decide whether the latter applies, and this decision is final. Deposits, once paid, are non-refundable.

Start times: Times listed are the actual time the course begins. Please arrive 15-30 min before the stated time if you would like a comfort break or hot drink beforehand.

Lunch/refreshments: Please bring a packed lunch with you. Tea & coffee is provided during breaks, with decaf coffee/tea and herbal drinks also available, and dairy and oat milk are provided.

Ages: Unless stated otherwise, all courses are suitable for participants aged 16+. On some craft courses 13-15 year-olds are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian, please enquire.

Dogs: For health and safety, dogs are not permitted to accompany participants attending courses. We also request that dogs (or other animals) are not left inside vehicles in the carpark area.

Accommodation: We have a range of accommodation options on-site if you wish to stay here.
