Give your children the freedom to learn in our lovely woodland where they can enjoy learning practical skills, meet new friends and have fun.
Tutor: Adam Thorogood
Adam Thorogood is an outdoor and woodland educator based in the Dyfi Valley. He’ll be running four sessions at Denmark Farm over the course of the year and will use practical outdoor workshops to develop awareness of the natural world and biodiversity. With an emphasis on fun and creativity, the workshops will involve using found materials from around the site. The sessions will take inspiration from the seasons and the way the landscape changes throughout the year. There will be food and much fun! Workshop open to 8-12 year olds; parents are not required to stay on site. Make sure you’re dressed for the outdoors and equipped with stout boots plus wet weather gear. Lunch included.
Fee: £30 (£25 if you book early*)
