Raw Chocolate Easter Eggs

The Workshop

Your tutor Peggy will give a short introduction covering the backgrounds of chocolate whilst you enjoy an authentic hot chocolate drink.
Then we will dive straight into the chocolate making and you will learn how to make your own Raw Chocolate Easter Chocolates with just a few, easy to source, healthy ingredients.
Experiment by adding fruit, nuts and other flavours and turning the chocolates into different shapes with the moulds provided.
Learn how to wrap and package your chocolates and turn them into beautiful presents too.

Please bring your own chopping boards and storage containers to take your chocolates home in.

Peggy will provide all the ingredients, which are wherever possible organic. If you have specific ingredients you would like in your chocolate eggs please bring them, as well as any sweets or other items you would like to fill your eggs with, if you are planning to choose making hollow chocolate eggs.

All the recipes will be provided as hand-outs from the tutor, to take home.

All recipes will be vegan.

Please state any food allergies prior to booking and Peggy will be in touch to advise.
