Raw Chocolate Easter Eggs

The Workshop

Your tutor Peggy will give a short introduction covering the backgrounds of chocolate. Then we will dive straight into the chocolate making and you will learn how to make your own Raw Chocolate Easter Eggs with just a few, easy to source, healthy ingredients. There will be the possibility to make a variety of different shaped Easter Chocolates. There will also be additional ingredients that can be added to your chocolate, like dried fruit and nuts.

Please bring your own chopping boards and storage containers to take your chocolates home in. Please also bring any Easter egg moulds that you have and please state at the time of booking how many moulds you are bringing.

Peggy will provide all the ingredients, which are wherever possible organic, but if you have specific ingredients you would like in your chocolate please bring them, as well as any sweets or other items you would like to fill your eggs with.

All the recipes will be provided as hand-outs from the tutor, to take home.

All recipes will be vegan.

For food allergies please contact Peggy beforehand and she will try and accommodate your requests.
