Come and join us for a day filled with fun and discovery at our special 2022 Open Day.
After a break of several years we are delighted to open our gates again for our Wonders of Wildlife Open Day, on Sunday 4th September 2022, at Denmark Farm Conservation Centre.
There will be a range of wildlife and gardening themed activities including; wildlife friendly gardening demos, bird nest box making, nature fun for children at the woodland roundhouse, a leaf quiz, a medical herb walk and an opportunity to discover the secrets of our sustainable kitchen garden.

2-3pm: Herb Walk. We will meet some of the medicinal plants growing at Denmark Farm, identify them and discuss their uses and benefits (with Clare Lewis Medicinal Herbalist). In the Oak Room cafe – Our volunteers will be serving hot and cold drinks and tasty home made cakes.

Β£4 adults / Β£1.50 children (ages 2 – 16)
All proceeds from this event will be ploughed directly back into managing our 40 acre nature reserve. Thank you for your support.
Free entry: for Denmark Farm regular volunteers, Shared Earth Trust members and anyone arriving by bicycle or on foot.
Parking
Please try to lift share, if you are able to, as parking is limited. Look out for the volunteers in hi-vis jackets on arrival who will guide you to a parking place.
