Meadow making – Creating a meadow management plan for your site ~ FULL
An event organised by Plantlife Cymru and taking place in person at Denmark Farm Conservation Centre
This session will cover the basic principles of meadow making including:
- site selection and suitability,
- choosing target species for your meadow,
- site preparation, seeding and post-management.
As a part of this session, we will be working through a checklist to help you create individual management and restoration plans for your site. The session is suitable for meadow owners of any scale that are considering creating a new meadow.
