Spend a day learning how to make herbal ointments and creams with local Medical Herbalist, Christine Stephenson.  You will learn about herbs commonly used in the external treatment of skin and joint problems.   Step by step instructions will take you through the basics, so that you can then be creative with your own recipes.  The course will be a combination of demonstration and individual practical work.  You will be able to take some of the products made during the day home with you.

Fee: £40 (£35 if you book early*) & £5 for materials.
