Feel Like Felt? (Making felt for beginners)

Learn to make felt using fleece from British sheep.

In this half-day workshop you will get an introduction to the craft of making felt using wool, soap and water. First you’ll make a small flat piece of felt to understand how to use the materials. Then you’ll make a small purse or wallet, you first piece of seamless felt.

Just bring your enthusiasm. Felting is great fun and not just for the girls – a great opportunity to learn a textiles craft with not a needle in sight!

Fee: £25 (£20 if you book early*) & (£3.50 for materials – to be paid on the day).
