Indoor and outdoor workshop focusing on species identification, caterpillar food plants, habitats and butterfly survey techniques.
‘Flutter-bys’ are one of life’s real treasures. They are beautiful, approachable and fascinating to study. We will focus on how to identify butterflies during outdoor sessions and indoor workshops, look at what food plants their caterpillars need, visit a variety of habitats to look for different species, and how to encourage them.
