Essential skills course contextualised into a bread making workshop.
Tutor: Luke
Whet your appetite for the wonderful world of bread making during this one day workshop. During the day you will learn the skills for making 3 different types of bread, Bara Planc the Welsh Soda bread, Pan Ordinaire a classic French bread and Bara brith. The day will also be full of stories surrounding the history of breadmaking!
During the day you will be working through the Essential skills engage in discussion unit. These discussions will be focused on topics surrounding breadmaking and the practical skills that you have learnt throughout the day.
This course is free for those who are employed or self-employed and live in the Ceredigion or Carmarthenshire areas. It is funded through the Regional Essential Skills project. It will lead to an Essential skills Wales communication certificate.
