Eco Lodge Booking Information
- Prices listed include VAT at 20%.
- A returnable damages deposit of £100 is payable by cheque on arrival. This will be returned to the visitor not later than 7 days after the last date of their stay, if the accommodation is found to be in a satisfactory state and none of its contents missing.
- The Eco Lodge is made up of 6 bedrooms and 3 kitchen/living room spaces with a flexible internal layout allowing you to hire between 1 and 6 bedrooms to suit your needs. There are four twin rooms and two double rooms.
- At the time of booking please state your preference for double or twin rooms and we will do our utmost to accommodate you (N.B. the doubles are situated at either end of the lodge and so it is only possible to hire two doubles when hiring the whole lodge).
- All bedrooms are en-suite except one which has a shower room nearby.
- Two of the living room areas have double sofa beds making the total number of beds in the Eco Lodge 16.
- Prices above include use of allocated number of bedrooms / shower rooms plus an open plan kitchen / living room area.
Arrivals/Departures – Arrivals 4pm – 7pm on the first day / Departures before 10 am on the last day.
Accessibility – There is a ramp to access the building and no steps/stairs between rooms. Two of the shower rooms are ‘wet rooms’ with no enclosed shower cubicle and accessible toilet and sink areas. Please do get in touch for full details of accessibility and a floor plan.
All bed linen is included in prices above (except cot bedding – please bring your own).
Firewood for wood-burning stoves is provided at no additional charge.
Pet dogs –well trained dogs by special arrangement only. Please contact us first and let us know the breed of the dog. Where permitted there will be a charge of £5 per dog per night (max 2 dogs per booking).
Towels – Available for hire at £3 per towel.
Cots and Highchairs – Available at no extra charge – please request at time of booking.
Additional beds available in our shared dormitories at £15 per person / per night.
