We think that our 2013 course programme is our best ever! It certainly is our biggest ever with over 35 courses and workshops, developed in response to requests and feedback from all of you.
We’ve packed in a feast of exciting new workshops around the theme of ‘Sustainable Food’:
For all you budding gardeners out there check out a new course with Malcolm Berry who has been a professional gardener for 14 years, working at the National Botanic Gardens of Wales and teaching for 3 years. This series of 4 workshops will run on Wednesdays during April and May and is perfect if you are interested in growing your own food sustainably and deepen your understanding of natural processes.
We welcome another new tutor, medical herbalist Christine Stephenson, who will be running two courses for any of you interested in how we can use herbs easily grown in our gardens to improve our health, diet and wellbeing:

Jade Mellor, Professional Forager, will be joining us for the first time to tempt you with the art of the chocolatier and lead you on a discovery of the edible abundance of spring:

Following on we have ‘Woolly Week’ providing you with heaps of inspiration for different uses for abundant, cheap and often very local sheep’s fleece:
